Nice and helpful staff, room is clean, small swimming pool, good breakfast, close to Big C and Central plaza Chiang Rai.

Excellent property. The staff were friendly and proactively helpful. Clean and very comfortable beds. Location was convenient as 2 shopping malls were within walking distance.

New hotel, well-managed and exceptional breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was that coffee in the room had sugar pre-mixed into it. Everything else including the gym and pool were superb.

The hotel is very nice. We had the corner room and it is both large and comfortable. The bathroom is huge, and nicely away from the bed room. Lots of closet space, and in general room to roam. The breakfast is well above average for an upcountry hotel. We had the seafood buffet one night, and it was good, but not good enough for a return visit. The Central Mall is super close and there is a walk over to cross the large road. Speaking of the large road, the windows do a good job of keeping the noise out, this is helped by the hum of the a/c.
The downside, the wifi isn't the best, and didn't reach to the bathtub. The comforter on the bed is nice, but the a/c isn't powerful enough to cool the room down so that the comforter doesn't make you too hot. The TV needs a movie channel.

Room here is clean, nice and tidy. Location is very convenient, next to Highway 11, opposite Central Plaza and next to Big C.
Also provide shuttle service to night market.
Room has a safe and a beautiful bath tub. I took the corner suite and it has a spacious rest area.
Also comes with free breakfast. Worth a try and you shall not regret.
Had breakfast this morning, the food is NOT worth the Baht499 per pax if I were to pay for it. Quality and selection are way below standard of the price....now amend the rating to 4 stars.
