Doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel
Bar only has beer after 10pm 🙄
Loby area has no AC
Staff is not very attentive

Nice big and clean rooms. Friendly staff and the pool ist great. It is close to all the markets but in a quiet street. Breakfast has everything, toast and asian style. The only negativ thing: the rooms have no balkony and the bar area is not nice - but there are bars close to the hotel.
You can have a bike for free and I can recommend a sightseeing tour from the hotel. It was fun and you can choose what to see.

This is a very beautiful hotel in the center of Chiang Rai. They have also a free shuttle to several places for example the clock tower or airport or bus station. The rooms are very clean. The swimming pool is very beautiful. They have a Thai an European breakfast. It's a very good breakfast. The staff is extremely friendly. They are very helpful. Kop khun maag staff.

Got an excellent deal on Expedia on this hotel. Very welcoming after we'd traveled for 20 hours (and some of us had been awake for over 28). Good sized rooms and excellent breakfast. Free drop off service at the bus station if you leave and they give you a nice parting gift of banana chips for the trip.

OK. Not so much to talk about. The room was fine/decent. The breakfast was better than many hotel breakfasts in Thailand but not amazing.
