A good gym. You have everything you need for a good workout there, really everything. Also, they were installing some new equipments when I was there, so it is a plus. The price is cheaper than in the other gym nearby on the road: 200 THB one entry vs. 300 one entry. But I didn't try another one. You also have a 10 entries package for 1300 THB. I put 5* overall.

Gym is open air and very clean for thai standards. Has everything you need and plenty of equipment. Also has a couple of boxing bags which is good for just a fitness gym. 200bht a session. Only negative was the music was lame as. You need pumping tracks in a gym (ie dance, techno, house.etc.). Not boring old radio music.

Have everything you need for your workout to a very good price. 1350bath for 10 times clipcard is really value for the money. Good music and the staff is cleaning the place and the machine all the time. I can highly recommend to try out this gym.

Got most things you need, free weights up to 50kg, numerous barbells, lots of different machines and also an area with punch bags. Day pass for 200baht (way cheaper than elite fitness down the road) it's not too bad for price. Only downside is some of the equipment is starting to rust, and no music when we were there 😮.

Dumbbells are in KG and lbs so be sure to know the conversion (2.2 lbs to a kg). Empty on opening between 9-10. Good service. Clean. Banging tunes! No air con, fans work, free sweat towel. 👍👍👍👍 going again shortly. Pay as you go from one time to day/week passes.
