สถานที่ห้องพักและที่ตั้งดีมาก อาหารเช้าก็โอเค แต่พนักงานต้อนรับบริการแย่มากไม่น่าจะมาทำงานด้านนี้หน้าบึ้งบริการแย่ไม่มีจรรยาบรรณของการทำงานบริการ เดินทางไปหลายประเทศแต่ไม่เคยเจอโรงแรมไหนที่พอจะเช็คเอ้าท์ต้องให้ยามไปตรวจสภาพห้องก่อนแล้วให้ลูกค้ารอไม่แน่ใจว่าจะตรวจอะไรและตรวจทำไม คนกำลังรีบเดินทางไปสนามบิน ตอนแรกจะชวนสามีและเพื่อนๆไปพัก แต่พอเจอแบบนี้ก็คงไปพักแค่ครั้งเดียว แล้วยังจะบอกต่อๆไปอีกว่าไม่ดี อยากฝากไปให้เจ้าจองโรงแรมช่วยมาดูหน่อย ถ้าบริการไม่ดีโรงแรมก็ไปไม่รอดนะค่ะ

Travelled all morning since 6:00; from Pattaya. Arrived at 11:00 but was told to come back at 2pm. Patiently replied that I would do so, if all rooms were sold sold out the night before; but if there was one clean room, could I please have it?
As was the Thai custom to ignore you if the answer was not a standard routine (as hers certainly was), young lady just turned away and continue with staring at a computer monitor. Another young lady with a hijab came and said that I could check in, if I would paid 300 extra (the rate was 998). It was too hot outside to argue; paid the ransom.
Reachable from Mo Chit BTS (or Chatuchak MRT) by bus #104 (in 40 - 90 minutes depending on the traffic), the hotel is situated in a Muslim neighborhood. Breakfast included; the food at the restaurant is halal. On the walls are signs reminding guests not to talk loudly. The corridor is one city block long; rooms on one side face a busy street. Ransom got me a clean room on the quiet side, with nautical theme inside. Very nice.
