Great location but that's about it. The equipment is in good condition but general facilities are not as good as other similarly priced gyms. Trainers are very expensive and in my own experience, not punctual. But that will differ by trainer I am sure

I was a member at the Pinklao branch for about 2 years. Never had any problems. There is plenty of equipment to use, so waiting for others to finish their exercise isn't an issue. The facilities itself are excellent, the staff are the only thing that could be improved slightly.

22 000 a year to watch Thais prance around in front of the mirror while preening themselves and taking selfies while you wait to use a machine or piece of equipment. No Thanks.
Better off at Muscle Factory (Suk 56), or Fitwhey, (Lad Phrao 101) - although neither have air con at 12k and 9k a year respectively, you can't go wrong.

I walked into this facility (The one in Ekamai) one day and was greeted by trainers with an attitude who were clearly uninterested in getting my business. I walked out laughing at their lack of basic people skills. A few months later I got a half-priced Groupon for a month there, and this was my experience:
I was informed that I would have to bring my US Passport every single day of the month to gain entrance. This is more than a nuisance. It's dangerous and stupid. Sometime in the third week I washed my gym bag and ruined my passport, costing me well over 12000 baht. So much for the Groupon!
I was supposed to get a free consultation with one of their trainers, but when he realized I might not stay there and give him money, he declined to give me the free session.
The classes are high quality, I'll give them that. That's the only reason why I give the 2 stars, but they have a lot to learn about customer service and sensible policies. I predict they won't last another year.

I had a similar experience to the first reviewer, except the girl spoke English in my first call. The website has no information so instead of driving there i figured i'd call to get details by a simple phone call, apparently nothing is that simple; same story. So sad for the business owner these people are walking perfectly good business right out the door. That is a red flag and an indicator of how they do business in my experience companies like these take you for a ride and leave you feeling taken advantage of. With hundreds of other fitness groups around town certainly not even worth the phone call let alone the membership.
