I did have a problem there.. which was partly my fault not understanding the Thai way.. I thought it was a Thai owned place and I've seen a few programmes about dodgy renters in Thailand.. but i did meet the owner who is a very nice man.. And he sorted the problem out and i was a happy chap... the cars were all nice and clean and drove well; as i have rented a few from there.. this was a while ago but I've only just found somewhere i could write about my exsperience .. But after all said and done i would rent from there again.. I am happy with everything after a little misunderstanding .. and would recommend to a freind

After asking why they needed a 5000 bhat cash deposit and could not just put a hold on my Visa, I was promptly told that all of the cars they had just showed me were no longer available. In the span of about 5 minutes. So I would advise going elsewhere. Clearly they had plans for my $5000.
