Paid Car deposit money after 2 months.
Promised to pay back in 30 days. When ask after 30 days they say 30 working days. After 30 working days. Keep calling but never answer call. When answer call excuses like
- will shortly remit money
- on holiday ask to wait
- hospitalised
- bank close
- country closed
- in a funeral
Basically many excuses, when I threaten them finally after 2 months got my money
Very unprofessional, rude on the phone , unethical

The best car rental in pattaya i have used, always on time, always there to help you during your rental. I get a brand new car, fully loaded. Very happy with their service too

Once again very nice people but the smile hide the fact that your will never see your deposit so calculate this in your cost . Better to rent from a known trusted company. After several messages to them and reply back from them once that they can't assist due to Thailand holidays they still have made no effort to reply back again and remotely thinking of paying deposit back. They hope for sure that if you visiting you possibly will not return. Surprise I have friends that stay there and I think it is time they get a visit from the pattaya police on their scam

Deposit SCAM !!!!!!!!!!! Forget that you will ever get your 5000THB deposit back.
When we picked-up the car and I started to look for scratches and damages, the owner said not to worry because it is a used car and will have some always. Once you return the car they start telling that it was not there etc. Even if you pay full insurance (they will force you to do so upon arrival) it won't cover the "damages". I was supposed to get the deposit back within 14 working days if they don't get any photo-tickets. it is already 5 months that i get no email or phone answers.
I strongly suggest to AVOID the place.

I regularly rent from this location and we find the the staff are always friendly and polite. , extremely helpful and go out their way to make sure we are happy, we have the best prices and new cars.
