D-Beach as it's known here, is a good hotel located in the heart of all the action on Pattaya beach. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom has a a bath tub as well as a shower enclosure. The breakfast buffet is served served in another building (Chic Tower) with in the premises. Breakfast spread is good with a variety that suits many palates from East to the west including veg only option. If it rains then there are handy umbrellas available in each room for personal use.

Not good at all. The staff was very rude, despite of mentioning early check-in while booking, the staff very rudely refused to even attempt for early check-in. They could have told us that they will check us in ASAP. Instead they tell us ''You don't understand check-in only after 2 pm.'' The height of arrogance was when we asked to talk to manager, the check in lady showed us her name tag and said the we can tell her name to the hotel manager.
When we asked for water they told us to go to Family Mart to buy it. Welcome drink was served only after check-in procedure was completed. What happened to hospitality?
The selection for breakfast was very poor. No options for vegetarian except salad and fruits. There was no curry for the rice they served. Saw boiled egg in one of the stir fried vegetable platter.

spacious but dated rooms. old furniture and decor. breakfast service is in another wing and generally service there is scant. staff are decent though make sure you lock the rooms on checkout to prevent disappearance of towels etc. else you might get penalized for it.

Location is great and on the beach. Room size is great. Toiletries need addition. Breakfast spread was good enough. Most of the things were as expected from a nice hotel. I liked it and recommend it.

This is just about as good as it gets in South Asian countries. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Staff always greeted guests with a smile and were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was very large and offered a large variety. Our room was clean and room service was always pleasant. Wifi was excellent in the hotel and worked almost seamlessly with little lag! I was even able to carry the signal to the beach directly across the street. It is located on the beach and close to many eateries and within walking distance of bars and other night life. I would highly recommend this hotel.
