The hotel have beautiful views. Beach nearby and almost every room has
Balcony with a sea view. Quite big hotel with all amenities inside. Staff very efficient and supportive. Rooms are spacious with all modern amenities. Indian chef available inside. The city is far from here and you have to take a tuk tuk to anywhere. Had a wonderful stay.

Great hotel, nice facilities and most importantly super friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Suggest you specify modern or traditional styled rooms at checkin.

Service is great. It is not all-inclusive but the food/restaurants have a great selection and accommodate most diets. The grounds are well kept. The beach water is not like the blue Caribbean waters. You have to go to other parts of Thailand like Phuket or Krabi. Staff are friendly. Rooms are neat and very comfortable. The bathrooms are not very private and have glass has dividers. Some do have blinds. The ones with curtains don't allow pure privacy.

Lovely hotel staff! Was my wife's birthday restaurant staff laid on a wonderful " birthday surprise " for her cake and happy birthday song for her ! Wonderful
The food was first class
Hotel was spotlessly clean room very comfortable and view from outdoor pool over the sea was breathing taking!
Would highly recommend this hotel...

The view and the ambience of the property are awesome. From your window (if you take sea view room) you will get the brilliant view of the sea. Rooms are well maintained, Lobby is great.
One of the best things about the hotel is their restaurants, they have 11 restaurants and that give you lot of options. We tried Thai and Indian Restaurant and both were great.
Another major attraction is their infinity pool, great view and well maintained.
Few things that can be improved is staff hospitality, it's good but not five stars. They should not charge for small things (half a dollar for reheat of food), not lot of money but when you call to reheat food, they remind you of charge :)
Beach is only for the sea view, you can't get into the water, that can be changed.
Otherwise great property.
