Service was terrible. Lady at reception very rude.room was poor.no hot water.no water pressure.tv picture was bad.wifi kept dropping out.had to repeatedly ask bout hot water and tap water pressure .there english very bad.so bad i left there 3 days early went to pattaya city

Upon check in it wasn't a warm welcome. It was a chore for her to drag herself from her mobile. Very unfriendly - should consider a new career choice.
Checked in, went to room, wifi doesn't reach that floor. Got it reset and sorted. That evening, no water pressure to have shower, got them to reboot the water pressure 3 times first night. Sweating in our oven of a room as air conditioner didn't work to cool the room, only when sitting directly under it. Moved rooms. Same water pressure issues. Made decision that night to find somewhere else for our next 3 nights in Pattaya.
Slept there first night. When woke up in morning, no wifi - had to get it reset. Husband had a cold shower as reception didn't answer the first 3 times I tried to call. They finally answered and came and sorted it so I had a hot shower.
Upon check out, had to drag miss agressive from her phone once again and put her out.
Simply put, not worth any money. We moved to another hotel extremely happy after being here just an hour and a half.
Opal House should not be allowed to trade unless they pay customers to stay there.

Decent 3.5 star. Mostly clean with addition of cleaning lady hairs. Wifi is 10 Mbs+ good. Good lcd tv.
Location is right on main beach street in nice part of Jomtien with walkable sidewalks. No elevator so 4th floor is so work with bags. Front desk is unaware of online payments so be ready to show on phone or tablet. Walking through the restraunt ever time in or out hotel is a bit strange. Generally quite hotel but street is noisy 7am-11pm.

Food was terrible drinks were terrible and service was surprisingly decent. Watered down drinks and also they don't know how to make the drinks they advertise.
