Room quite clean. Very small parking area, please concern if you plan to drive.
Lobby was really warm. They have air con. but seem do not turn on.
Bad breakfast, >70% of food ran out of stock without replenishment.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and will continue to do so. It has recently been renovated and everything looks much better. It is conveniently located for the local restaurants and market and has free parking. Pool location is excellent on the rooftop.
The hotel is near the beach. The staff was great and the facilities and the room were nice and had everything you need for a great stay. I recommend this hotel if you are going to Pattaya and prefer to stay in the quite area.

Best stay place in pattaya city. It was my second stay here but will be the next time again. Always satisfied with its great hospitality and ambience.
Best is the roof top pool, the lobby. Rooms are great specially the suite room

April 2017: We got a room dirt cheap on a promotion. The room itself was pretty standard for any 4 star hotel, except that the quality of soap, shampoo, towels and linen was higher than normal. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. I would love to live here a longer while and be part of the Centara family. Great attitudes, sense of good service, multilingual, and generally pleasant people. The neighborhood is quiet, which was perfect for us, but if you like to party then this probably isn't the place for you. There is also at least half a dozen new complexes being built around this hotel, so it is possible that it will become more lively in the future. When we were here there was a bit of mold smell in the entire hotel, which is a common problem in this part of the world. If you are sensitive to mold; don't travel to Thailand. But there are hotels where they keep the inside climate so that they don't experience this problem (i.e. keeping the air dry). The reception has a shark tank and some smaller aquariums, also an aquarium with jellyfish, which is fun and relaxing to watch if you need to wait for someone. All in all, a great experience and we will certainly come back if we can get the same price of a room.
