I've been going to this restaurant off and on for over 10 years with little complaint. Today I go there for a quick birthday lunch and ordered chicken lo mein, chicken and pineapple and chinese-style chicken (2 other dishes). The chicken lo mein was too salty, the chicken and pineapple, which I expected to come with a sweet sauce, did not and the dark chicken meat used was unseasoned and 'fresh'. Out of all the dishes offered, the best was the Chinese-style chicken but you can never get white meat in this! After paying, I brought this to the attention of a lady that I thought was of management and she completely ignored my complaint. I asked to speak to the manager and stated my claim. She showed a little more concern, asking me which dishes on the bill were not up to standard and then said something to the chef in mandarin and then completely ignores me.. no apologies from nobody... NOTHING! Today was my last trip to this establishment! They're happy to take your money, but if there's a problem, that's your problem!
