It's a nice Hotel, but there were so many issues, the staff couldn't organize the new comers to the hotel, the cuisine was fine but in terms of hygiene it was a little below average, I stayed in a bungalow inside of that hotel and I only liked that it was quite out there, the breakfast was pretty much the same everyday no new things introduced to the menu, overall it was a fine hotel for family vacation, but not for crazy vacations ;)

Nice place to stay. Good value for this money. Animation at the evening is noisy till 22:30 or 23:00, the rest is very good

We travelled with Detur and stayed here for 14 days, primarily for a good price and expected a three star hotel. This hotel has many issues! Disposable Glass does not belong in a three star hotel, but when they use them over again ... it's just disgusting and dirty. The dining tables were not cleaned, dishes and cutlery was simply dirty. No wonder I got stomach upset here! The kitchen was always missing something, knife and fork, plate. The cuisine was very bland and tasteless. The dishes had little announces and no variation. The selection was simply limited and tasteless. Soft drinks and wine with dinner was served in a separate slot. Beer may then be picked up at another bar 300 m away. One person could not get drinks to more people than themselves, so you can imagine the queue ... I observed that many Russians bribed waiters and were served water, beer, wine and soft drinks. This is simply not acceptable! Waiters did not have the time to usual guests and cleaning! Notice that that President Hotel only serves local red and white wine, beer and vodka. They ran out of alcohol early in the evening 4 nights of our fourteen days stay. WIFI works only in the reception area and it’s often offline. I have noted 4 days it was not possible to go online. There was no service from the receptionists. I asked if they could reset the router, but it was never done. Overall it’s only a two star hotel. Bungalow it’s very nice and notice for bugs! The cleaning personnel It`s very nice and deserve 5 stars. Be Aware of the poor cuisine!
