Please everyone be AWARE. Going to this beach club doganay is a trap. Sometimes I was unsure whether I was in Turkey or Russia. 90% of the people here are Russians who have no manners and are cold hearted. I'm not simply generalising. It's an actual fact that applies to all. The workers are in a rush and never take their time to listen to you patiently. Don't expect good manners and happy faces. Most of them are look like they've never smiled in their life. Customer service is 2/5 in my humble opinion. The food wasn't the same as advertised and doesn't match what was stated on the internet. The toilets and elevators have no AC that you could literally suffocate. The WIFI is terrible, it's hard to surf the internet and you lose connection constantly. The also charge you for washing clothes (would expect free from 5* all inclusive) Most importantly on my first day of arrival, they said there was an error in the system and gave me a really small room even though we had a family. Bad experience from this resort. Don't be fooled people.

Very nice hotel for the money we payed. Animation crew outstanding, Erhan, Engin, Bora(Vibro) and the others worked hard all week to keep us guests busy and happy! Good food and lots to choose from. Don´t miss that there are several restaurants. Beds could be better, the ones in our room was very hard. Cleaning ok, better than average. Some nice shops on the premises and others outside the hotel. The ones on the area had fair prices, the ones outside was expensive. Close to both Konakli and Antalya. Cab fair to central Antalya was around 45 turkish lira
