Everything was perfect, clean, welcoming, well trained staff, I enjoyed my stay there and will surely visit it again!!!

Hotel and rooms were very clean. Staff were very helpful. We asked for connected rooms which was arranged on time. It is in a good location. The rooms are a bit small. Welcome smile of the staff would make it more friendly.
But the breakfast was very good. I recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel after long searches and reading many reviews. I don't know what are the check lists of a 5 star hotel but I felt like I was staying in a five star hotel.
Hotel Location is great for easy walking to Taskim square.
Behavior of the staff was very excellent with guests. I wrote to Ms. Suat (Guest relations) before my trip and she kindly set my room arrangement. Receptionist accepted our room change request without any question. I remind that the first room also had no problem.
Both rooms were big enough and the bed was so comfortable. The Breakfast buffet was average but was all OK. Restaurant staff were very polite.
In short, Everything was exceptional and I wish I can visit it again in future.
