Great service here, especially from Pinar A. Staff assisted me with all my requests. Hotel could improve its WiFi, but the fault lies with a 3rd party provider, not them. I would stay here again. Location is very convenient. (October 2017)

The hotel receptionist is not at all courteous... Bathroom doors cannot be closed...powercuts to save electricity...
Tea and coffee sachets not refilled
In short not worthy to carry the name Hilton

Lovely hotel, great location (near the marina and the beach). Didn't try the food at the rooftop restaurant but it has a great view!

I have lived here for more than 3 months in total during last year...awesome place just like all other double tree hotels...Location is pretty good...Marina view...Migros grossary store in front of hotel...promenade is really good for evening walks..So many restaurants around for food....Spa and fitness centre is cherry on the top...

The hotel is really modern and beautiful. The room was awesome and the pool area was nice although a bit small and with repetitive music. The inside pools however are amazing and if you get a room with direct access to the pool then it's a whole other level! The food and service is very good and this provided an overall great stay but I would say the location isn't the best and the town itself is not great.
