Stayed for 1 week this summer and compared to 3 years ago which had been here for 1 week, the hotel has totally gone in a decreasing trend in service and quality.

Toilet leaks.
There is no fan in the bathroom.
Beds are not comfortable.
Not clean for a 4.5 star hotel.
Food is OK
Staff are nice and helpful.

Great hotel - you need to get a room with a sea view! watching the sunset from your private balcony is absolutely amazing!
