First day bit of a disaster...safe not secure in the room..whirlpool not working..toilet seat loose. No plug in the sink..however they have changed our room..but it stinks of fags..we also had to exchange the fridge..hot food in main restaurant warm!!...some staff seem to spend most of there time on there phones and aeem put out when aaked something..i have given 3 stars as im hoping things will improve...views lovely not been down town yet..fingers crossed for next 12 days..lol
