Bad points
1)Extra change if you want WiFi in the room
2)No kettle for coffee or tea in the room
3)The hotel doesn't have any irons or a ironing room for its guests. The do offer a ironing service but for an extra change for per item to be ironed
4)The food is mostly catered for Russians it needs more variety. Also they don't serve any Turkish food
5)The water slides close at 4pm which I think is a bit early
6) No pool table or dat boards
7) The gym needs to be upgrade

1) Staff are friendly and helpful
2) Private beach is really good and there is alot of space for its guests
3) Alot of things for the kids to do from water park to kids play area
4) WiFi in the lobby free of change
5) A/C in the room is really good

Not nice hotel rooms are dirty. Fridge provided with just one water bottle. Fridge is really old fashioned and dirty from the inside.
Beds are not comfortable. TV screen is very small only 17 inch no channels are clear to watch. Inside lock is broken. You have to pay for deposit box also you have to pay for internet use. no iron and kettle provided

Really pleasant comfortable place, continuous food and drinks, several pools and wide large beach. Surprisingly calm.
