10 out of 10 for the animation team. They were brilliant, especially the guy from Russia. they organised exercises, kids club, foam party and much more ... Evening entreatment was so so - very load local music. Staff at reception was horrible - 1 out of 10 - very unwelcoming and they gave to me and my family two rooms in two seperate buildings. Staff at the spa was nice and food was average - maybe 3 our of 5. Toilets in common area were dirty very often. During our stay the hotel was visited by some type of inspection from Germany and the hotel was significantly cleaner during that period. As soon as they left, dirty toilets were back. That really needs to be improved.

Poor service and poor food. The staff were very inattentive. Staff texting on mobile phones while customers wait to be served. Staff rarely smiled. Food was not good at all. The food was nearly always cold. Most of the time breakfast consisted of yesterday's left overs. Have visited Turkey many time and love the place. Had this been my first visit to Turkey I would probably not have returned.

An older All Inclusive Resort, but still good. The beach is not direct at the hotel but 200 m of nice stroll distant. Service and food are what you pay for - good.
We had a small problem with our room - it had connecting doors and we heard noise from the adjoining room. The staff at the reception was not really helpful and speaks mostly German. But the rooms alone are nice.
