Let’s be clear, the only reason I’m giving two stars is because of the location on Grace Bay Beach.
Server was extremely rude and has an extremely terrible attitude. Zero customer service skills at all. For the record we are here at roughly 1:00PM on Tuesday November 14’th and of the two staff working she was the older miserable woman.
The owner can be found ignoring customers while plopped at the bar more focussed on anything other then the staff and or patrons.
It’s unfortunate because this place used to be much better. Obviously the owners gotten comfortable in Provo and has gotten lazy and it shows.
The menu descriptions versus what’s delivered on the plate are two completely different things. This place needs to get back to the elementary basic foundations of running a restaurant before it’s too late.

Great service and the food was very good.
Kami had a salad ,we split an appetizer (conch wotons😏) and I had a ribeye steak. 70 USD. Very nice people. Thanks

Bay Bistro came highly recommended, but ended up being our least favorite restaurant. The service was terrible!! We waited 15 minutes to be greeted at the table, another 15 to get drinks, and the waitress had a poor attitude on top of the wait. The lobster was very chewy and over cooked, which was so disappointing because we had looked forward to it all day. The salad and dessert however, were delicious.

Just happened to be walking the beach to another restaurant and we ended up coming back to this one!! Eating dinner on the beach was magical and the service by Wesley was great. The conch wontons, balsamic/tomato/mozz shrimp, and coconut crusted grouper were all favorites. Would highly recommend.

Great location. Evening ambiance is wonderful (beach-side dining under lanterns and stars). The food is quite good, but we had tastier meals elsewhere. Prices aren't bad either given the location and food quality. Staff are nice.
