Really bad service... Two times I made an appointment with them for skin screening and two times it was cancelled without further notice (read: going there and the doctor was not around/the clinic was closed). Before going there, at least they have to improve on that...

They have decent dermatologists but lack customer care like most service industries in Uganda. Customers pay top dollar yet they don't honour appointment times. Very unclear whether it is a walk-in service or appointment only. VERY DISSAPPOINTING!

However,I didn't understand why the dermatologist had to take pictures of my son's skin condition and also ask her colleague to come n take a look n his response was like" wow this is interesting!' Seriously!? I was worried sick about my baby n didn't need that!!

I liked the way Dr Lucy was sympathetic and understanding while handling my baby. The eczema was so severe but she was very professional. She even called to ensure I went for the review. Am impressed with the service.

As the only dermatology clinic in Uganda we have little choice. However, as the Doctor is scheduled to be there at 9am, it would be nice if the Doctors were civilized enough to actually come to work at that time instead of literally HOURS later. They do not take appointments, which is inconvenient yet understandable. Since the Doctors are too lazy to even come to work when they are scheduled to be there, it would be ludicrous to actually expect the Doctors to be civilized enough to keep appointments.
Fortunately, when you finally see a Doctor they are polite and seem knowledgeable.

Guys ...been on medication for 2weeks now.. but the rate at which my skin irritates and itches is alarming... eeeh every time i apply the acne creams.. or evn the sun screen i feel like screaming.. pain irritation en itching its crazy. i see no change yet....... whats your experience guys
