You can learn many things about Kharkiv and Ukrainian history, but on if you can understand Ukrainian or Russian. Because they don't have English guide or any other languages.

Good place to walk and see old history only for couple of times, but very hot and unconvinient during summer season around

Explore the role of Ukraine (under USSR) in the two great wars and other aspects of Ukraine's past. The museum is in a good location and the prices for going in are cheap. Some tanks and artillery guns are on display outside. Very close to the metro aswell
