Pity that there are not more signs in English. Otherwise not a bad museum, not too many exhibits. Charge extra for exhibitions.

It's situated in beautiful old building, which seems like it was repaired not much long ago.
Tickets are cheap: with student id you can get ticket for 25 UAHs, but if you want to make photos, even mobile phones you need to pay extra 10 UAHs.
May exhibition is smaller than I expected, so maximum time I spent there was like 30 minutes.

There is a large collection of artifacts here - but without much of a unifying narrative to tie everything together. Early medical instruments, glasses, Ukrainian text books, and so on. For me, the best part was seeing old photographs of Kyiv and comparing it to how Kyiv is now. I would have liked to have seen more photography like this.

OMG, can't believe how there is nothing to see here except for a few posters. I was here 17 June 2017, and I double-checked with the staff on duty and she confirmed its just that small 150sqft room with the posters. Absolutely the worst "museum" I've been to... literally just a few graphics posters. Price is "cheap" at 35UAH but guaranteed a waste of money. I came expecting to learn about this country and city's history, but I'm at a lost of words how there is nothing here... unbelievable!!!
