This is my favorite place for beer in Kyiv. Not the biggest - but great atmosphere, friendly staff, interesting beer selection that always includes local beers and beers from elsewhere in eastern Europe. Good pub grub and, if you need a break from bar, infused spirits. Well worth visiting. Note on location: You'll see the sign on the street - walk through the archway and then it is on your right and down the stairs. Everything great in Kyiv can be found in archways, courtyards, and behind buildings.
