Great restaurant, very friendly and welcoming staff, food is very tasty and also covers multiple different cuisines. Has a great bar and relax area if you want to try a desserts which are just wonderful by the way. Highly recommend to visit.

AMAZING!!! Literally the best hotel we've ever stay in!!! All personal speaks english very good, very kind and always friendly. Breakfast is just incredible, so many healthy beautiful things. And as for us it was the most important reason: the hotel is pet friendly.
Right in the heart of Kiev, defiantly recommend this place.

Awesome 5 star hotel. My husband and I always stay in there when travel to Ukraine. Nice rooms, tasty breakfasts and buffet, clean and good spa. Located in a very good place of Kyiv!

No doubt - the hotel is really good itself, yet, the management of it makes a horrible mistake of not caring about their employees.
The hotel has broken Ukrainian law at least three times towards me:
1. I have been fired in one day, with no giving a chance for probation or whatsoever, and no compensation as well
2. The copy of my passport has been placed at the HR room as an example of how to write "according to the original" without any agreement from my side.
a result of $200 monthly salary, the absence of responsibility and draconian rules towards employees Hilton Kyiv remains, from my point of view, the worst among 5*-hotels in Ukrainian capital.
I am proud to realize that thanks to my advices and reviews Hilton Kyiv lost around $7000 dollars as I always convince my foreign friends not to choose this place while visiting Kyiv.
I won't stop boycotting Hilton Kyiv until the moment I know:
a) the management of Hilton Kyiv respectfully considers an increasing of wages for their employees. Shame on you, Hilton, to pay your guest service agent the half of the night rate per month! From my point of view, this is not a job, it is slavery.
b) I'm not even waiting for the personal apologies anymore. Yet, when one of the guards was trying prohibiting me smoking at the smoking place on the hotel territory - that was just beyond of my understanding and patience.

Upscale hotel in the city center, near the park and university eponymous of the street (Taras Shevchenko, the great Ukrainian poet). Friendly and efficient staff. The hotel is still brand new, with all the latest (welcome!) gadgets: very convenient and appreciated.
Very good value for the money (compared to, say, Moscow).
