Mr. Jonathan Good day to you sir' this is Bert working in Eurostar rent a car we have given you the Vehicle on time. we have tried to call you many times but we did not reach you on time maybe you are on the meeting at that time. we are trying to do our service on highest level and we make sure that every customer's is happy while renting our Vehicles thank for you for your comments. this comments will make us great and more efficient in terms of doing our customer services because we know that your comments is not true many customers like the services and very happy thank you.

DO NOT RENT FROM EUROSTAR. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
The rental car that I ordered was the Mitsubishi mirage, which was 70aed per day. I ordered this car a week in advance which should be plenty of time for the company to coordinate.
All the paperwork was sent ahead of time to speed things up. All was great until the time of the car drop off.
My car wasn't available and the sales rep called me to switch to a Nissan sunny and asked me pay for the upgrade. All the other rental companies would give the upgrade for free. I said fine, 90aed per day and I'll pay the extra. Then I waited for a full hour for the car to arrive, I called customer service number 5 times and all they said was "a few more minutes sir". After the hour, by this point I'm already frustrated and disappointed by the company's service, I get a call from the driver.
He went to my office building for the drop off when I explicitly stated that the drop off location is at the hotel (15 minutes away). How is it possible that the address is incorrect when I never even gave you my office address?
To say the least, this was a very poor experience and I hope my experience will help you decide NOT TO RENT FROM EUROSTAR!
