Quick service as long as you got an appointment , but still much to improve to be better for the blood-draw step as I got appointment , but still have to wait in queue.

Worst queuing system ever.. there is no number to be called for standard service.. only VIP and group tokens are called.. i waited for more than 1 hr and people coming, paying 100 dhs extra geta their number called and served before they get into the waiting area after collecting token from reception..... whn i asked they said take vip service if you dont want to wait... Phathetic system and rude staff

Very worst service, I did medical test and they confirm the status "ready for collection" when I went there to collect they said image is not printed, and they said it will take one more day to fix this issue. I was keep calling them, they keep saying it is still not fixed. I faced very bad experience with capital health medical center.

Very fast and efficient. Can be very busy so there is an option to fast track 350AED. My process was over in 7 mins start to finish. Results for blood tests take about 1-2 days. The center is located around the back of the stadium. Males first door females fat door. Go in take a ticket and wait. They check your passport, take a pic and then you sign. Give payment then move to health screening room. 1: Skin test 2: chest X-ray 3: blood test. That's it.

Professional and fast. I believe that if you smile at people & engage with them then you reap the rewards. I read these reviews before I attended myself. I found the staff were helpful and ready to smile back because I thanked them for being so helpful towards me. I would go again & recommend this service to others. Being from Australia I rate them 5 stars.
