WORST RECEPTIONIST IVE ENCOUNTERED! THEY HAVE NO MANNERS & NO SERVICE SKILLS. DONT BOOK IN THIS HOTEL!

They loat our car keys. We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel and on the 1st day they loat our keys. The manager was useless and we sat around all day untill they managed to sort out another hire car for us at 7pm. What good was that. I emailed the hotel numerous times complaining and still not had a response. Very very dissapointed never ever again

I am very much satisfied with our overnight stay in this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Ms. Rita upgraded our room to suite without any additional charges. The style of the room is very modernized and spacious. Will definitely come back here again for sure! Highly recommended!
