Loved the atmosphere however the advance money they took can be lower. Booking is 300aed while advance they took is 700aed even then it is refundable it is alot to take from my pockets.

Except the location this is the best place to stay, Nice decorated and big rooms and having all the facility of 5 starts, Good for family no Clubs and No Bars

I think the reviews below are fake. This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. The food is disgusting. I don't believe that anyone got a free breakfast or dinner (or why they would want it. The food here is nasty). NOTHING here is free. They charge you for everything. And they won't bill your room, so be sure to carry your wallet with you at all times. The service is a nightmare. "Well-trained staff" ha ha ha that's a joke! The hotel obviously wrote those reviews. Don't believe a word of it. It's all Lies, just like they lie to you on the phone. They misrepresent everything. First of all, we waited for over an hour at check in for our room which wasn't ready until 5 pm! Dinner is not served until 7:30 pm. They told us that there was a Thai restaurant right next door. So we went out looking for it. All Lies, there is no Thai restaurant next door...there's nothing next door (or around the corner or across the street). The location is terrible. NOTHING is "close by." And NOTHING works. There was no Hot Water on our first night, and the key cards are useless. We keep getting stranded in the hallway (can't get in our room, can't use the elevator). We complain and complain, but they don't do anything. We would have been better to throw our money in the street. Horrible experience AND THEY DON'T CARE! Trust me....DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

Great experience. Friendly staff. Nice location. Good WiFi connection. Free breakfast. Rooftop pool. Comfy bed. Will recommend and definitely come back.

I got free breakfast and dinner, along with an amazing room. The bathroom was nice, the staff were nice, and the wifi was nice too. Overall a great experience.
