Don't rent from Budget car rental Dubai, poor and unprofessionals customer service. They steal my money twice specially in dxb airport terminal 1.

I reserved my car with Budget specifically because the website claimed to have a meet and greet service at Terminal 2. Upon arrival to the terminal I walked passed multiple rental car operators but there was no Budget representative to be seen. I got on a call with the local airport Budget representative who assured me his colleague was en route. Upon arrival the agent got on the phone to see if there were any cars, I had reserved one! Finally he said we have a car at terminal 1 and I would need to go there. When I asked him how I get there he said you have to take a cab! Really, does that make any sense. I rent a car from Budget in which they say there is a meet and greet at terminal 2, only so the greeter can tell me I have to pay for a cab to go to terminal 1! What in the world is that?

I could overlook the fact it took over an hour and a half to get my car and over 30 minutes to find where the lot is located (2nd floor, not first). However, the additional charges such as parking when I am picking up and dropping off the car... wtf? Also, I dropped off the car with the same exact fuel amount but was charged additional 15 Dirham for petrol? Instead of original purchase price of 80 dollars for 4 days, I paid 130 due to additional BS charges. It isn't about the money... I have enough. But if I rent a car of 80, I expect to pay only 80.
Do not rent a car in the disaster that is the Dubai International Airport and especially budget. Just take a taxi or spend extra to get a hotel that offers shuttle service.

If anyone running this company can see this; shame on you.
They lie to me... the booking says I'll get someone at terminal 3!! Made me take a taxi and won't refund it
And after one hour waiting for no reason other than that everyone works there is incompetent... i get a super dirty car

I wish I had read these reviews before I booked with them. They charged extra on my credit card with no invoice to back up details of the extra charges. When I called (at my cost from abroad) to query, I got told that my reservation number is not in the system. I was further told we are charged first and invoice later. What kind of a system is that? Take your money and then you have to query with them when no invoice received? I was then asked to email all the details and they will look into it. Still awaiting feedback. I have had positive previous experiences with other rental car companies with no such issues. Don't use them!
