This company withheld the deposit, insisting they had to wait 15 days for possible fines. The company then ignored all emails in respect to returning the deposit. Luckily I had a friend in Dubai who visited the accounts office on multiple occasions and had to threaten police action before finally obtaining the money. If you hire a car here do not expect your 400 USD returned.

سحبوا مني الديبوست وبيمر شهرين ولا رجعوها ولما اتواصل معهم مايردون واسعارهم ماتسوى تعاملت مع ناس ارخص بكثير بس اخذتهم لانهم جنب الهوتيل
They took the deposit and never return it back and they said its impossible to return it to my american visa (i travel a lot and this is the first time someone tell me that) and when I contact them they don't respond. DO NOT recommend it, worst ever 👎🏼👎🏼

Frustrating experience. You get charged around 50$ a day for cheapest car just to get a car which looks too dirty you think it came back from a war zone. And as extra feature, an empty gas tank so you can play a game "will I or will I not make to the first gas station". No compensation for wasted time, no offering alternatives. Standard "sorry sir".
