Csr rental but service is not good here. Sales staff is not adequately trained to handle customers.

سيء جدا ، يتم اخذ 50 درهم رسوم موقف ، لا يتم توصيلك الى مبني المغادرة ، لا انصح به

Horrible Experience. To pick up the car there was only one salesman available and had to wait in line for close to an hour.
They have a secret AED50 "airport charge" which is not mentioned anywhere while booking the car.
Please KEEP IN MIND: They place a hold on your credit card for a full month of AED1000 (even though i rented the car for 24 hours!). This hold has nothing to do with your bank. They actually just keep a authorization hold on your credit card for that long and after several emails of me asking them why are they doing that, they FAIL to provide any valid reasoning for doing so. Will make sure i never rent from them again.

تم استئجار سيارة هوندا اكورد عن طريق موقع رينت كار من شركة ثيرفتي وعند الوصول لهم سلموا لي سيارة باسات 😧 وقالوا ان الهوندا غير متوفرة - نظام الاستغفال لم يعجبني وكنسلت الحجز منهم نظامهم بيحطك امام الامر الواقع لانك جاي من رحلة سفر ومالك خلق تناقش وتأخذ وتعطي - الافضل لا تتعب نفسك اركب تاكسي واذا ارتحت مر اقرب محل تأجير وتلقى خيارات واسعة
