Good evening Sir/Madam,(The manager of Aster hospital ,Al raffa mankhol )I had been visited to aster hospital al raffa mankhol on 23rd of march for specialist Dr Mr Amal. As I meet up with Dr. Mr Amal , he was so fine and as per his advise supposed to be do the endroscopy for my stomach. And after that I meet up with reception and nurse as well, the thing is that what they say to me - we will take approval from insurance company and once it is done we will call u.from 23/03/2017 to until now I am waiting and no one call me from astar hospital mankhol, al raffa.
At last today(5/04/17) my self call to Aster mankhol and took
appointment . also I received confirmed message in my mobile.
But at night 20:30 pm one of female staff call me and canceled my appointment .and also I explained to my details to her then what she told me I will call within 10 minutes. But she is not call me -----.
My registration no is - 900088243.
As I got the service (on that day 23/03/17)from aster service staff like nurses are not helpful. And they are not caring for patents.
That is not good service from nurses ,
Dear Sir/Madam, Kindly give me some advise so I can meet with Dr Amal and solve my problem.
Comfortably time for me Thursday morning 8- 10 am and other days after 17:00 to 20:00pm.
All of my details in u r medical file.
Kindly contact with me as soon as possible.I am waiting for a valuable message.
