Seems room furniture has been upgraded. Built into the exhibition centre. Visited again in Nov 17. Still decent. Good room service options. Some construction across the hotel but not such an issue. Very little noise

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and efficient and the service was great. I particularly enjoyed my time at the pool.

The staff were excellent as they were keen to detail and responded on time in case of assistance. The meals and tea breaks were great and the training environment was the best. Novotel services are at an international level. Inspire International greatly appreciates your support and looks forward to having our other events at Novotel in the near future.

Good and comfirtable stay as per their usual standards. service is decent with friendly and helpful staff. Location was a little off if you were to look for easy commute using metro. However taxis are easily available outside. Breakfast was a little disappointing as we practically got the same spread in all the 3 days that we stayed.

The hotel was excellent. The room and amenities provided were very good and plentiful. Free water bottles provided on a daily basis. The shuttle bus service was excellent, many places and reasonably frequent. Staff were always helpful and approachable. The only downside was the breakfast. We had breakfast included in our booking which was on a buffet basis. There was plenty of choice but the quality was poor. They had a cook that made omelettes on demand. However, one cook for all the residents made for a long wait. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to all.
