The staff are excellent and the apartment was good. 1 star down due to breakfast not having much variety.

Very poor customer service. Poor reception . Poor service. They don't even care about their customers. They just want more money. Too bad.

Efficient front desk staff. Large apartment suites. Good amenities in the room. Pretty good restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast spread is standard everyday. Not much variety. Overall a great option for short stays.

Brilliant hotel apartment. You get all the benefits of an apartment such as a fridge, cooker, microwave and washing machine. Plus all the benefits of a hotel such as housekeeping, room service etc. So best of both worlds. On top of all that, free WiFi, buffet continental breakfast and a gym, sauna, steam room and a swimming pool on the roof. Furthermore the staff and management were polite and helpful throughout our stay.
