I do not see minus option to rate...so forcefully I have rated one star...those who are going for new insurance please it's a request not to look for ngi...it' has worst customer service and you will be fed up..just pay some extra and look for other company which is good

0 stars . Very bad customer care service. I wanted to make insurance for my mother and they were refusing. Specially a agent called 'Maya' .They should help people not send them away. And respect everyone. Disappointed!
