I started going here for prenatal pilates classes. It is one of the few studios that have classes in the evenings so that those of us that work can still make it! The instructors are really nice and they make sure that you aren't pushing yourself too hard but still getting in a good prenatal workout. I love it here and I'll definitely be continuing my pilates after baby for some postnatal workouts. Highly recommend!

Amazing studio and excellent instructors Especially Dana, Liz and Jeniffer. Love the personalised attention and variety in routine in each class. Jacque is the star of the Jumeirah Branch

An amazing studio that I would highly recommend! Instructors are very experienced and motivate you to push your limits while coaching you on how to improve your performance. I started after delivering my first baby and I saw my body transform. I especially recommend Real Barre as it is a full body workout that is great for toning and is done to music which is really fun!

Previously I attended mat pilates classes at a different studio. However, after attending the reformer core at Real Pilates I am convinced this is the right studio for me. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. I have had a few different instructors and all of them are great. They are patient and explain every exercise in detail and they make sure you are doing the exercise correctly! Great studio! I highly recommend it!
