DHCC EIB Branch for me is very excellent. I've been to Garhoud and Sahara Centre but i'm not satisfied with their service, most worst is in SAHARA Centre, the customer service is not good when its comes to explanation and service. almost every weekend i went to there to update the status of my account and my money but ending with nothing. But in EIB DHCC Branch is very easy to communicate, clean place, quite and very accommodating staff even the security is very approachable. I'm Satisfied!

HI , I am sure no one in the EIB management is going to look at this review ! But let me tell you all this is the worst bank ever I have come across in my life and I believe the biggest mistake I have done is opening an account with this bank ! I have raised a concern on June 13 and I have not yet got any solution to the same whenever I call the Call center they are replaying that someone will get back and thats it !!!! Is this the way it work! Feel like to hang myself for the mistake I have done of opening the account with EIB! #Pathetic # Poor Service #
