Large room small outdated bathrooms and not very friendly staff except for the phillipinas and punjabis.
The good:Tzaar club and Lebanese food
The bad:slow Average room service and the Lebanese Attitude plus mixed up Policies
The Ugly:The Tzaar Syrian bouncer Attitude and Bolshuvik Shower type and no pork

My friends are staying here right now before heading to their final destination tomorrow. They invited us last night to come over and have few drinks in one of the hotel's bar before heading to some night clubs in Dubai. Upon our arrival I called up my friend and she asked me to wait in the reception lobby. So we went straight to the lobby and the security followed us up and asked us where are we going. I told him that we will just wait for our friend who's staying here and I even mentioned my friend's room number and names for their information and reference. But they dragged us out and asked us to wait outside the hotel. We were embarrassed as f#*+%%£. Even when my friend came, they treated us so bad and it is unbearable. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!!!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Was placed here by Emirates due to a flight delay. Food was included and generally found the buffet dinner and breakfast good with reasonable choice even at 5am. Staff were very friendly and helpful. However the rooms in this hotel were not great. The floors and rooms smelled heavily of smoke and although clean enough were tired and slightly grubby looking. Towels were thin and freying and the bed sheets had holes. As a forced layover it was good enough to get a few hours rest and something to eat before catching a flight (be aware this is 30min by shuttle bus to Dubai T3) but I'd not want to stay here for a holiday or work visit. There are better hotels with good proximity to the airport if that's what you require. In terms of room quality and price based on their standard room rates this is definitely the case.
