Took a taxi to Dubai Mall to experience Burj Khalifa and water show, taxi cost 16.50 (which we were pleased with)so gave him 20. There was quite a queue of taxis on our return but we were directed to the beginning of the queue. A couple of minutes into the journey my husband said that he thought we were going the wrong way. The meter was ticking over so my husband questioned the driver just in case he'd heard wrong but the driver was adamant we were going the right way (more like the long way round). It was 33 at our drop off point, exactly double what it cost going!! Want to know how can this be right?😯
