The building is under a serious reconstruction but that’s not the issue.The problem is that in the cinema it’s freezing cold.Seriously!It made it impossible to enjoy the movie ☹️

Very small theater, better to watch by projector at home , not good sound system , very poor quality , i wil not choose next time this theatre , worthless our money , 35 Aed can watch bigger screen and good sound system , why shold need to pay here 40 Aed for this small screen and low volum sound

A nice cinema to go to for movie watching. Good seating and screens. I'm waiting to see the amenities after its renovation which is currently going on.

The worst Cinema that I've been to, DON'T SIT ON CHAIR I9, screen 2....it feels like you are sitting on a sharp rock, the seat is noisy, the popcorn was cold and to my surprise I couldn't believe it that the screen had blobs of dirt on it, I don't know if it was the wall itself or the actual projector but absolutely disgusting. . . In all honestly if they called me and offered a free Limo to pick me up, unlimited popcorn and free tickets I would rather sit at home and watch Tom and Jerry.. . . Where the hell is the Novo management?? does anybody actual experience this place?. . . Oh yeah. . .Also if you are a tall person make sure you wear a helmet before entering screen 2 because you must squat down a little before you hit your head on the ceiling or burn your hair from the lighting.. . Yuk place!
