Very bad experience to me. This morning I was visited hospital to get treatment with GP Doctor around 8.55 am, that time they told we have 3 regular patients + appointments. I was wait there more then one hour after that i ask to reception, they told to me today doctors continuously attend the appointment patients. Here i want to ask some question to Management. 1) At the time of my visit they confirmed 3 GP Doctors are available. So If they treat each patient 10 mints they can attend 18 patient but it not happens because I hope total visitors up to 10am maximum 18 only including all department patients. Something wrong in reception 2) If they attend only appointment patients, Why they are accepting regular patients. 3)Diseases are not coming with appointments, It is sudden visit, hence they can treat regular patient also periodically.
