Bad job for room cleaning
I was expecting to find my room cleaned everyday.. unfortunately that did not happened and if happens no washing for the washroom..
The best thing I can remark was the kitchen good food stuff and all prepared..
I wish close supervision for room cleaning

Now i come back home from Ramada Suites Ajman because i was there to confirm the booking of my family wich i have reserved today,and to see the room. Once arrived there the reception boy assisted me. He was polite and ready to help,
after I gave him all the details I asked him why
in the booking it is written that the check-in starts after two o'clock afternoon,and especially I mentioned that I want to check in at five o'clock morning orsix o'clock in the morning. At the same time the duty manager came so i asked him the same thing. He start to tell me that it's not possible because they don't have available rooms at that time and if i want to let my family to wait in the reception or to book a room one day before,
I explained that I do not need to book a room the day before because I will only pay money and that's why I mentioned the time when I made the reservation. At the same time my husband came and heard the conversation, seeing that Msr. Mayasa does not offer us any solution so my husband mentioned that if there is nothing to do then we will look for another hotel. I still asked to see the room as the have told me from the beginning and Msr. Mayasa told me that there no available room and also he mentioned that if i want i can cancel my booking.
Are you kidding?!
I mean, how can you tell something like this to your customers...
I will be the ones who will decide whether or not to cancel my reservation, so i told him (you do not believe that with such attitude you lose your clients) and he told me that your husband said that you will look for another hotel so madame i'm just telling you that you can cancel your booking at Ramada.
I told him that i am also a manager and when i have any issue i'm doing my best to accommodate my clients,and give them the best costumer service. He start to be very rude so we asked to contact the HR or any another manager,he told me that he is the only one there.
After my husband told him to calm down and that with such attitude towards clients he would just lose them,and he mentioned that clients are always right...He said that sorry sir but it's not right,the costumers are not always right especially not at Ramada Hotel.

Good place to stay...Luxourious entrance lobby and restaurant...Stay was very comfortable.I like d unique chair in their garden..preferred for those who want luxury and comfort with reasonable price.

majestic ball room is beautiful, well organized with friendly and efficent staff. Not to mention the delicious menu and desert lists. Highly recommend it. The only disadvantage is that parking spaces are somehow limited. The security staff outside do their best to help though.
