The customer service is amazing, fast, professional and kind. They answered all our questions, replied to all our requests. The car given was brand new, perfectly clean, and dropping off the car was really easy.
I recommand using Hertz at Aberdeen Airport.

Did a walk-in. The guy at the counter was super friendly and the price was reasonable for a non-advance booking. After few days I just dropped the keys in the mailbox in the evening. My deposit was returned after a week, as told. The price was charged as told, no hidden fees afterwards. Will use Hertz again.

Booked car. Been told that deposit is kept on hold during car hire and once car is returned the deposit would be released the same day. Waste of time as when I called the customer service next day to ask for my deposit I was told that the money would be returned from 3 to 5 days. I have been given 2 misleading information.

I was offered a car 2 classes lower, manual (booked automatic) and in bad condition.
Wasted an hour already, still waiting for another car.
Badly organised crew, dirty old cars.
Overall bad experience, avoid Hertz in Aberdeen.
