I have been charged £136.01 for a car I should have paid 95 pounds for? I had to hire a second car from them as the first one the engine kept stopping i.e. At roundabouts and nearly got us killed at .

Their employee drove into the back of my car and blamed me!
I had one of their employees drive into the back of my car in one of their hire cars.
He got out of the car and was aggressive and rude.
I phoned the police that evening to report the accident.
The next day I phoned Europcar main office to report the accident.
They had no record of it and the collision had not been reported to the police.
The woman on the phone took a description of the accident and apologised that one of their cars had driven into mine and said she would look into resolving it and call me back to get my car fixed.
An hour later they called me back to say that they did not accept any responsibility for the accident.

Aberdeen Airport this time - unbelievably bad in every respect. I would not use them again. Waited best part of an hour to pick up car - they tried to give me a saloon, when I had specifically booked a and pre-paid for a hatchback. Then they try to give me a car with obvious damage on it but nothing recorded on their checkout paperwork. On return out of hours - why open a car rental at an airport during airport operating hours that would be too sensible - they tell you to leave all your paperwork with the car. Luckily, I took photographs of everything, paperwork and pre-existing damage and had a witness check everything before I left. I know hire car firms are pretty difficult across the piste, but this one is definitely off my list.

My vehicle was organised via their Stanstead office. A shambles! Vehicle not ready, hadn't been cleaned either inside or out. 2 days late collecting the vehicle and no communication from them advising when I could expect collection. I had to do all the chasing. I wouldn't pay these people in dog biscuits! Next time I will go to a company who understands service properly. It seems I can't give a no star review!

The service was efficient and sufficiently polite, the Transit van brand new and superb to drive. However, I was asked to collect the van from the Aberdeen Airport Europcar branch where I was told that I could only park my car in the short term car park at a cost of £20 per day. I was not informed of that on the phone so beware of being misled.
