The worst customer service ever. No drop off at Aberdeen Airport. Poor counter service and inept pick up service in Glasgow. Not even a real Thrifty Company....a franchise company that is run by corporate buffonary.

Had a car left in my drive and keys posted through my letterbox and never even ordered a hire car. Phoned thrifty to report it and placed on hold for over 10 mins before hanging up. Owner of the hire was traced but I haven't even received a thank you for helping them out. SHOCKING
