The room has a very old moquette that looks very dirty. Bathroom has a sink of liliputian size. Breakfast was ok.

Very comfortable in a great location with great hosts.
I have stayed in a number of guest houses but very few with such friendly people looking after me.
Breakfast very good, rooms fantastic with the beds being really comfortable.
Great for golfers, access to a large number of golf courses with the owners able to give you all contact details
I would recommend to any families or groups.
