I found the delivery guy was really pleasant so i gave him a £2 tip which im sure all his customers must do. I think his name was Keith.

Took 2 hours to arrive and when it did they arrived, part of the order was missing.
I have verbally been offered discount on the next order.
An email confirmation would have been appreciated.
