One of Aberdeen's most historic pubs. Part of the Belhaven brand these days so there's a fairly standard range of beers and pub food. Great atmosphere - it's a big space but divided into more intimate areas, and the bar is reputedly the longest in Aberdeen. There's always a food mix of regulars, local people and tourists and the vibe is friendly and inclusive.

Helpful staff, cheap prices for food & surprisingly high quality food, served quickly too. Highly recommended, particularly the 'blaggis' fritters!
